Laura M. Blum

I started working on AI voice experiences as a conversation designer working on Assistant for Portal devices. I designed a number of features and contributed to the holistic Assistant experience. When I transitioned to a manager role, I supported a team of product and conversation designers working in the space. This included iterating on the design system and interaction model as well as designing end-to-end features and experiences. As I grew in the role, I also took on managing the Assistant on VR designers, and ultimately hired and supported a sub-manager to focus on Assistant on Portal.
